Florida International University senior Paula Zabala prepares to return a shot during one of her matches on the final day of the FIU Spring Invitational, January 19-21, 2007 at Miami, Florida. Zabala and doubles partner Nikkita Fountain defeated the University of South Florida doubles pairing of Ann-Marie Modric and Gabriela Duch, 8-3. Zabala did not fare as well in her singles match against the University of Miami's Audrey Banada, losing in straight sets 6-3, 6-1.
