The FIU Invitational swim meet at the Bay Vista Aquatic Center on FIU's Biscayne Bay campus on Saturday, January 6, 2007. The FIU Golden Panthers finished third as a team in the swimming portion of the meet, which consisted entirely of relays. Division I powers Maryland (140 points) and Iowa (128) were followed by the Golden Panthers (34) in the women?s results. Division III Carnegie-Mellon finished fourth with 22 points, followed by American University (16) and Baldwin-Wallace College (12).
